Jamaat-e-Islami has organised a workshop to train polling agents ahead of the upcoming national election slated for February 2026.
The central election department of the party held the programme at Al-Falah Auditorium in Moghbazar in the capital on Thursday.
The workshop began with a recitation from the Quran, delivered by Jamaat Assistant Secretary General Maulana ATM Masum. Jamaat Assistant Secretary General Advocate Ehsanul Mahbub Zubair was the chief speaker at the event.
The role and responsibilities of the polling agents in the upcoming polls were elaborately discussed in the workshop.
Participants of the workshop also contributed valuable feedback and opinions, reflecting their commitment to ensuring a smooth and transparent electoral process.
