Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) has declared a total dividend of Tk124 crore from its fiscal year 2025 profit after earning an operating profit of Tk558 crore.
The dividend was approved at the company’s 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held at Dhaka on Saturday.
The dividend includes Tk62 crore in cash dividend to be paid to the government and Tk62 crore in bonus shares, increasing IDCOL’s paid-up capital from Tk938 crore to Tk1,000 crore.
The AGM was chaired by IDCOL Chairman and Economic Relations Division (ERD) Secretary Md Shahriar Kader Siddiky. IDCOL’s directors and shareholders reviewed the company’s financial performance and strategic direction.
Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) A B M Abdus Sattar, who is also a shareholder of IDCOL, attended the AGM.
The meeting was also attended by IDCOL Director and Finance Division Secretary Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder; IDCOL Director and Power Division Secretary of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Mirana Mahrukh; IDCOL Director and ERD Additional Secretary Mohd Ahsan Kibria Siddiqui; IDCOL Director and Managing Partner of Sadat Sarwat and Associates Omar Sadat; and IDCOL shareholder, former Internal Resources Division Secretary and former National Board of Revenue Chairman Md Abdur Rahman Khan.
