Huawei Bangladesh is recruiting experienced professionals for three senior positions across its Digital Power, Public Affairs and Enterprise Business divisions, seeking talent to strengthen its operations in renewable energy, government relations and enterprise solutions.
The vacancies are for Senior Photovoltaics Solution Manager (Digital Power), Senior Public Affairs Specialist and Account Manager (Enterprise), the company said on Thursday.

The Senior Photovoltaics Solution Manager will drive Huawei’s Digital Power business, covering solar energy, energy storage, data centre energy and smart energy solutions. Responsibilities include customer engagement, product promotion, technical consultancy, market strategy development and ecosystem building. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in electrical and electronic engineering, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering or electronics and telecommunication engineering, with at least eight years’ experience in the power, energy, ICT or enterprise solutions sectors, including five years in solution or product management.
The Senior Public Affairs Specialist will engage with government authorities and other stakeholders, monitor industry policies and implement public affairs programmes supporting Huawei’s business objectives. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in communications, public relations, political science or business, and have at least 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the telecommunications or ICT sector.
The Account Manager (Enterprise) will lead business development in the government sector, overseeing customer engagement, market operations, sales projects and partnership development. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management and have at least five years’ experience in enterprise sales and government sector business.
Huawei said the recruitment reflects its continued investment in developing local talent to support Bangladesh’s digital transformation.
