Several Gulf nations say Iranian forces have attacked energy installations following Israel’s strike on Iran’s South Pars gasfield.
Tensions in the region are escalating, reports AL Jazeera.
Qatar expelled Iranian security and military attaches after missiles caused “extensive damage” to its main Ras Laffan gas facility. Saudi Arabia declared that “the little trust that remained in Iran has been completely shattered.”
Meanwhile, Iran’s Tasnim news agency reported that an Israeli-US strike hit a residential area in Dorud county in western Iran, killing at least 12 people.
