Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC (CSE) held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday in the Conference Hall of the CSE Building at Agrabad in Chattogram.
The AGM was chaired by CSE Chairman AKM Habibur Rahman, according to a press statement.
Board members present included Professor Mahmud Hassan, Naznin Sultana, Retired Major Emdadul Islam, Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury, and Shahjada Mahmud Chowdhury.
The port city bourse’s Managing Director M Shaifur Rahman Mazumdar, FCA, FCMA, and Company Secretary Rajib Saha, FCS, also attended the meeting.
Shareholders unanimously approved a 3.5% cash dividend for the financial year 2024–2025.
The Election Committee declared Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury, Managing Director of Lankabangla Securities, elected uncontested as Shareholder Director, effective from November 27, 2025.
