Chinese startup DeepSeek released a new artificial intelligence model on Friday, more than a year after it surprised the industry with a low-cost chatbot matching US rivals.
The new DeepSeek-V4 features an ultra-long context of one million words and leads in agent capabilities, world knowledge, and reasoning performance across domestic and open-source fields, the company said in a statement.
