The British High Commissioner to Bangladesh, H.E. Sarah Cooke, met with Nahid Islam MP, Opposition Chief Whip and Convener of the National Citizen Party (NCP) and Asif Mahmud Shojib Bhuiyan, Spokesperson of NCP today. Alauddin Mohammad, International Affairs in-charge and Navid Nowroz Shah, UK & EU Desk Lead of NCP were also present there.
The meeting focused on parliamentary engagement, democratic governance, and strengthening UK–Bangladesh relations through continued dialogue and cooperation.
