A five-member delegation from the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), led by its Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, will attend the July Declaration event at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital today. The delegation includes BNP Standing Committee members Mirza Abbas, Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan, Nazrul Islam Khan, and Salahuddin Ahmed.
The decision was announced in a notice sent to the media by BNP Standing Committee member Salahuddin Ahmed.
Earlier on Monday, the BNP Standing Committee held a meeting at the party chairperson’s office in Gulshan. The meeting started at 8:30pm and ended at 10:30pm, and was presided over virtually by BNP acting chairman Tarique Rahman.
