Asiatic 3sixty’s women-centric platform, “Her aSHEatic Circle”, hosted an interactive group session on mental health on Tuesday, in collaboration with Shukhee, a 360-degree digital e-healthcare platform launched by Grameen HealthTech Limited (GHL).
During the session, around 30 members of Her aSHEatic Circle engaged in meaningful dialogue, stress management exercises, and psychological wellness activities at Batighar Art Space in Banani, reads a press release.
Asiatic 3sixty launched “Her aSHEatic Circle” to support the professional and personal growth of its female employees while creating opportunities for a meaningful exchange of experiences. Bringing together current and former female colleagues, the platform fosters a supportive network through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
During the event, experts from Shukhee discussed various strategies for managing stress through behavioural changes. Participants were also introduced to practical techniques, including light physical exercises, to cope with daily stress and maintain overall mental well-being.
Highlighting the balance required in women’s lives, Clinical Manager at Shukhee Dr Sadia Iffat Anam said, “Women have to maintain two facets in life: professional and personal. In order to maintain those with equal importance, we need to look after our own mental well-being.”
The event concluded with light snacks and open discussions, providing an opportunity for attendees to share personal experiences and strengthen bonds.
As part of Her aSHEatic Circle’s ongoing initiatives, the session fostered greater camaraderie among female employees while raising awareness about mental health, overall well-being, and the importance of prioritising self-care.
