The Asian Restaurant and Takeaway Awards (ARTA) 2026 honoured leading restaurants and takeaway businesses from across the United Kingdom at a London ceremony on Monday, with My Delhi Newcastle taking the night’s top Champion of Champions title.

More than 1,250 restaurants and takeaways were nominated for this year’s awards, held at the London Hilton on Park Lane, reflecting the scale of Britain’s Asian hospitality sector, the organisers said in a press release.

ARTA Founder and CEO Mohammed Munim said the awards recognised businesses maintaining quality and service despite rising employment costs, food prices, energy bills and other operating expenses.

He said independent restaurants continued to invest in food quality, staff development and customer service despite those pressures.

The organisers also highlighted the sector’s contribution to employment, local communities and Britain’s multicultural food industry.
