Aristopharma Limited will disburse payments to its stakeholders through bKash, aiming to streamline field-level financial management and reduce reliance on cash transactions.
The initiative will make payment processes simpler, more transparent and secure, while supporting the country’s shift towards a cashless ecosystem, bKash said in a press release.
Aristopharma Limited and bKash signed an agreement recently at Aristopharma’s head office, with senior officials from both organisations present.
Aristopharma Limited Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Sahid Hassan, Director Ahmed Imtiaz Hassan, Executive Director and Company Secretary Md Maminul Islam, and Executive Director Mohammad Siddiqul Alam Sikder attended the event.
bKash Chief Commercial Officer Ali Ahmmed, Head of Business Sales Masrur Chowdhury and General Manager Business Sales Md Somel Reza Khan were also present.
Officials from both sides said they plan to expand collaboration to promote cashless transactions in future.
Under the agreement, Aristopharma Limited will use bKash’s disbursement solution to send payments directly to stakeholders’ bKash accounts.
Recipients will be able to withdraw funds from bKash agent points or ATM booths nationwide, or use the balance digitally for services such as merchant payments, utility bills, money transfers, mobile recharge, education and government fees, bank savings schemes, travel tickets and donations.
