Apex Tannery Limited held its 49th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, through a hybrid system, combining physical presence with a digital platform.
Company Chairman Syed Nasim Manzur presided over the meeting, says a press release.
Directors Md Hedayetullah and Niranjan Chandra Debnath, FCMA, attended the AGM alongside Independent Director Fouzia Haque, FCA.
Executive Director Atiqul Islam, Chief Financial Officer Sajeeb Saha, ACA, and Company Secretary Sushanta Kumar Paul, FCS, were also present at the meeting.
