Apex Footwear Limited has held its Annual Sales Conference at the Samajik Convention Center in the capital’s Ashulia area, bringing together around 1,500 members across the country.
The day-long conference began with a tribute to the company’s late Founder Chairman, Syed Manzur Elahi, honouring his vision and leadership that shaped Apex’s more than three decades of excellence in leather craftsmanship and footwear innovation, read a press release issued Tuesday.
Under the leadership of newly appointed Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Golam Mainuddin, who was unanimously elected on 23 April, 2025, the conference continued with renewed focus on Apex’s core values and future goals.
The programme placed special emphasis on recognising sales associates who successfully achieved their sales targets for 2025, reflecting the company’s performance-driven culture.
The session was supported by key members of the management team, including Managing Director Syed Nasim Manzur, Chief Operating Officer Firoze Mohammad, and Chief Financial Officer Dilip Kajuri.
The conference also served as a platform for unity and celebration among Apex employees nationwide. Performance Awards were presented to top achievers, while a raffle draw added to the festive atmosphere.
With a legacy spanning over 30 years, Apex Footwear reiterated its commitment to producing quality footwear while fostering a strong team culture focused on excellence.
