Local Government Minister and BNP Standing Committee member Abdul Moyeen Khan returned home on Wednesday after receiving treatment at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.
He was discharged from the hospital in Bashundhara around 3:30pm, BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan confirmed.
Moyeen Khan was admitted to Evercare Hospital at around 10:30pm on 21 October after suddenly falling ill.
He was subsequently treated under the supervision of a medical board.
Following news of his illness, BNP Standing Committee member and Social Welfare Minister Professor Abu Zafar Md Zahid Hossain visited him at the hospital that night.
Doctors have advised Moyeen Khan to continue resting at home for a few more days.
