Modhumoti Bank PLC has elected a new leadership team for its Board of Directors at the bank’s 98th board meeting.
The meeting was held on Tuesday at its head office in Gulshan, Dhaka, reads a press release.
The board unanimously elected Salahuddin Alamgir as chairman, Mohammad Ismail Hossain as vice chairman, Mostafa Kamal as chairman of the Executive Committee, and A Mannan Khan as chairman of the Board’s Risk Management Committee.
Following the elections, members of the Board of Directors present at the meeting congratulated the newly elected leaders and presented them with floral greetings.
The meeting was attended by board members Humayun Kabir, Nemai Kumar Saha, Tanjima Binthe Mostafa, Sultana Jahan, Tanveer Ahmed Mostafa, Md Mahbubur Rahman, Independent Director Monjurul Ahsan Bulbul, and Managing Director and CEO Md Shafiul Azam.
