NEXT Bangladesh, a UAE-based global fintech group that operates proprietary trading firm FundedNext and international brokerage FNmarkets, has earned the 2025 Great Place To Work Certification, along with its global branches in Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
The company said in a press release that the certification is awarded to organisations that meet global standards for trust, leadership credibility and employee experience through a rigorous assessment process that includes confidential employee feedback.
The recognition places NEXT Bangladesh among organisations acknowledged for strong workplace culture and people practices, reflecting a consistent organisational culture across its international operations.
Bidyut Sengupta, head of HR at NEXT, said the certification reflects the company’s focus on building a workplace where employees feel valued, supported and empowered, and credited the achievement to the collective efforts of its teams.
