The Appellate Division has dismissed a petition seeking leave to appeal against a High Court verdict on the legality of handing over the management of Chattogram Port’s New Mooring Container Terminal (NCT) to a foreign company.
The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury passed the order on Thursday.
With this ruling, the agreement process concerning the NCT deal remains valid.
