The 402nd meeting of the board of directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on 17 December at the bank’s corporate head office, where the board approved a number of investment proposals.
The meeting was presided over by its Chairman AK Azad.
Vice-chairmen of the board Mohammed Younus and Mohiuddin Ahmed attended the meeting, along with Directors Md Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Barek, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md Towhidur Rahman, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md Moshiur Rahman Chamak and Fakir Maniruzzaman.
Independent Directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed and Md Reazul Karim were also present.
Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and Company Secretary Md Abul Bashar attended the meeting.
