Pubali Bank PLC held its 1st Managers’ Conference-2026 at the auditorium of its head office, bringing together managers from all branches, sub-branches and Islamic Banking Window operations under the Dhaka Central, North and South regions.
Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Ali attended the conference as chief guest, while Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Esha was present as special guest, according to the press release.
The session was presided over jointly by Dhaka Central Region General Manager and Regional Manager Abu Laich Md Samsujjaman, Dhaka North Region General Manager and Regional Manager AKM Abdur Raqib, and Dhaka South Region Deputy General Manager and Regional Manager Md Rafiqul Islam.
The bank said the managers’ conference was held simultaneously across all regions of Pubali Bank nationwide, reflecting a coordinated approach to operational planning and performance alignment.
Addressing the gathering, Managing Director and CEO Mohammad Ali urged managers to take a more proactive role in sustaining the bank’s ongoing progress, strengthening customer service and expanding technology-based banking services. He said Pubali Bank remained a symbol of trust and confidence in the country’s financial sector and stressed the need for branches to work collectively to make services easier, faster and more modern.
He also called on managers across the network to contribute jointly to advancing the bank’s long-standing success, highlighting its 67-year history and continued focus on growth and service quality.
