Michael Olise scored a hat-trick and Harry Kane made Bundesliga history as Bayern Munich crushed Union Berlin 7-0 at the Allianz Arena on Saturday.

Kane scored twice, while Jamal Musiala and Ismael Saibari also found the net in a one-sided Bundesliga match.

Bayern took control from the start and opened the scoring in the 18th minute. Alphonso Davies found Musiala near the edge of the box and the midfielder fired into the far top corner.

Kane made it 2-0 from the penalty spot in the 39th minute after Tom Rothe fouled Olise inside the box.

The goal was Kane’s 100th in the Bundesliga. He reached the mark in only 98 matches, becoming the fastest player in league history to score 100 goals. Dieter Muller held the previous record after reaching the mark in 129 games.

Olise added Bayern’s third in the 43rd minute. Musiala set him up on the edge of the area before Olise curled the ball into the top corner.

Bayern went into half time with a 3-0 lead after keeping Union without a shot in the opening half. Kane struck again nine minutes after the restart. Olise sent a cross into the box and Kane headed home from close range.

Saibari came off the bench and scored Bayern’s fifth in the 70th minute. Davies played the ball into his path before Saibari beat two defenders and finished with his left foot. It was his first Bundesliga goal.

Olise then scored twice in two minutes to complete his hat-trick. He controlled a long ball before beating goalkeeper Frederik Ronnow and finding the net in the 74th minute.

Olise completed his hat-trick in the 76th minute. Bayern worked the ball around the edge of the box before he fired a powerful shot into the top corner from distance.

Union could find no way back as Bayern closed out a comfortable 7-0 win. Bayern will now head into the international break before returning to Bundesliga action against Augsburg in October.
