Mohammad Mahbubul Karim has been appointed as the new deputy commissioner (DC) and district magistrate of Feni.
He previously served as the secretary of the Chattogram Development Authority (CDA).
The Ministry of Public Administration confirmed the appointment through a notification issued on Thursday, signed by Senior Assistant Secretary of the Field Administration-1 Branch, Md Barman Hossain.
According to the notification, Mohammad Mahbubul Karim has been appointed as the deputy commissioner and district magistrate of Feni.
On the other hand, Monira Haque, who served as the DC of Feni, has been attached to the Ministry of Public Administration.
