Jasveen Sangha, a drug dealer known as the ‘Ketamine Queen’, has been sentenced to 15 years in prison in connection with the death of ‘Friends’ star Matthew Perry.

Jasveen pleaded guilty last year to multiple federal charges, including distribution of ketamine and supplying drugs that resulted in death or serious injury. She had been in federal custody since her arrest in August 2024.

Matthew Perry was found unresponsive in a hot tub at his Los Angeles home on October 28, 2023, and was later pronounced dead. His death was attributed to the acute effects of ketamine, with drowning and coronary artery disease also listed as contributing factors.

Authorities said Jasveen ran a high-volume drug operation from her North Hollywood home and continued selling ketamine despite being aware of its risks. Prosecutors described her actions as showing disregard for the potential harm caused.
