IPDC Finance PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ABC Real Estate to expand access to home financing and create an integrated property and financing solution for prospective homebuyers, the company said in a press release. The MoU was signed by authorised representatives of both organisations at a ceremony held on 25 August 2026 in Dhaka.
The partnership combines IPDC Finance’s expertise in customer-focused home financing with ABC Real Estate’s experience in the property sector, aiming to make home ownership more accessible, affordable and convenient for individuals and families.
Representing IPDC Finance PLC at the signing were Mohammad Monirul Islam, head of retail business; Mohammad Shahidul Islam, head of distribution; Mehedi Mahmood Khan, head of mortgage; and Md Imran Hossain, head of home loan sales, Metro. ABC Real Estate was represented by Shougata Ghosh, director, and Mohammed Zakir Hossain, general manager, sales.
Under the agreement, customers purchasing selected properties from ABC Real Estate will gain access to tailored home financing solutions from IPDC Finance, including special property offers, competitive home loan interest rates and preferential loan processing benefits, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Both organisations said they would explore joint promotional and customer engagement initiatives to raise awareness of the available property and financing options, with the aim of simplifying the home-buying journey from property selection through to financing.
