Goodverse Foundation has launched Goodverse Club 60, a community initiative for people aged 60 and above, at the Golden Moment Fest 2026 held at Justice Shahabuddin Ahmed Park in Gulshan, said a press release on Saturday.
The event brought together senior citizens, families and community members for a celebration featuring tea and coffee, music, games, health and wellness counselling, and opportunities for social connection.
The initiative aims to address social isolation and create ongoing opportunities for friendship, wellbeing, recreation and community participation for senior citizens.
Goodverse Foundation Chairman Musharraf Hossain said society should never allow age to make a person invisible. “Our seniors have spent a lifetime building families, institutions and communities. They deserve spaces where they can continue to belong, contribute, laugh, learn and live with purpose,” he said.
Gulshan Society President Omar Sadat said the true strength of a community is reflected in how it values the people who helped build it. “Our senior citizens carry experience, memory and wisdom that no society can afford to lose,” he said.
The event was supported by Continental Hospital, PCA Home, printAgraphy, At the Table, Alove, Ispahani Tea, Ama Coffee and Sajeeb Group.
