The EA SPORTS FC™ 26 soundtrack is bigger and bolder than ever, blending global superstars with Bangladeshi talent to create a playlist that defines the future of football culture.
What makes it extra special for Bangladesh is the inclusion of Muza, whose track ‘Ki Kori’ with Mumzy Stranger has officially made it onto the soundtrack, alongside UK-born Irish-Bangladeshi artiste Joy Crookes, returning to the ensemble with her new song ‘Fade Your Heart’. This is a landmark moment for Bangladeshi music, placing homegrown sounds on one of the world’s biggest gaming stages.
Posting about the milestone on his Facebook profile, Muza wrote: “BANGLADESH For the first time ever a Bangla song is on FC 26! If you guys know me you know how obsessed I am with soccer and what an honor this is for me! It’s always been a goal to make Bangla music global! So Thank you @mumzystranger @desitrill and team.”
This year features artists like Ed Sheeran, JENNIE, Young Miko and, for the first time, a professional footballer-turned-rapper, Moise Kean (KMB) made history as the first pro footballer to be featured on an EA SPORTS soundtrack with his track ‘Bombay’.
The lineup spans continents, with Sampa The Great representing sounds from Southern Africa, Real Koffee bringing Jamaican heat and Sheng pushing forward French hyperpop.
Renowned artists such as Fred again.. and Labrinth have also contributed to the ensemble. Fresh faces such as Myles Smith with ‘Gold’, BLACKPINK’s Jennie with ‘Like Jennie’ also join the lineup this year.
EA SPORTS FC™ 26, with the theme ‘The Soundtrack is Yours’, proves once again that the playlist isn’t just background music, it’s a global stage where cultures collide and this time, Bangladesh is part of the game.
