Samsung Bangladesh has signed a strategic retail partnership with Esquire Electronics Ltd to expand nationwide distribution of its consumer electronics products, giving Esquire authorised partner status for Samsung’s full consumer electronics lineup.
The agreement, announced on Sunday at Esquire Electronics’ Esquire Tower store in Dhaka, means Samsung products will now be officially sold through Esquire’s showroom network across Bangladesh, extending the brand’s retail footprint into both urban and emerging markets under a structured distribution channel.
Under the arrangement, Esquire Electronics will serve as an authorised retail partner for Samsung’s televisions, refrigerators, washing machines and microwave ovens, strengthening product availability and standardising consumer access through verified retail points.
The companies said the partnership is designed to reinforce Samsung’s retail infrastructure and ensure wider market penetration by leveraging Esquire Electronics’ nationwide presence.
Senior executives from both companies attended the announcement ceremony, where the partnership was formally unveiled.
Samsung Bangladesh Managing Director Jung Min Jung said the collaboration aims to bridge global technology with local accessibility, combining Samsung’s innovation with Esquire Electronics’ retail execution capability.
Esquire Electronics Managing Director Arifur Rahman said the agreement will bring advanced consumer electronics closer to households nationwide while improving customer service and product availability.
The companies said the initiative will also enhance after-sales experience through delivery, installation and in-house service support.
