Veteran actress Dilara Zaman continues to remain active in television dramas and films despite her age. She recently completed the final shooting schedule of the ongoing Deepto TV serial ‘Rupnagar’.
The actress said she has received a positive response for her performance in the serial. She has also completed the first schedule of another serial and plans to join its next schedule in October.
Before that, Dilara Zaman will act in the drama ‘Tomake Jabena Bhola’ on 19 September. Rajzak Raj will direct the production, written by Tarikul Islam Tarek. Several new artistes will also appear in the drama.
“I cannot work continuously at this stage of my life. I agree to work when I am feeling reasonably well and when I like the story and character. Alhamdulillah, I am feeling well at the moment, so I will work on a few projects. I am returning to shooting with Rajzak Raj’s drama. I liked the story of ‘Tomake Jabena Bhola’ and hope the work will turn out well,” Dilara said.
She is also scheduled to act in a drama directed by Mohin Khan on 27 and 28 September. From October, she will begin the second shooting schedule of the new serial ‘Shesh Bikel-er Golpo’, directed by Mabroor Rashid Bannah.
Meanwhile, Dilara Zaman’s drama ‘Dadi Bhoyongkor’ was released on YouTube a few days ago. Directed by Rahat Kabir, the drama has already crossed two million views.
