Last year, Deepto Television organised a ‘Star Hunt’ competition. The reality show, aimed at discovering acting talent from across the country, introduced a host of new performers. The channel has now once again begun its search for acting talent, this time under the title ‘Deepto Tarar Khoje’.
In a press release, the organisers said the show will select artistes for various roles in the channel’s upcoming serial drama ‘Parampara’. At the same time, the programme will serve as a platform for acting talents from across the country.
To participate, interested candidates must register through the website Parampara.deepto.tv.
The serial Parampara will be directed by Ashis Roy, with Zahidul Islam Zahid serving as line producer. The screenplay and dialogues have been written by Afifa Mohsina Oroni and Sarwar Saikat respectively.
Built around themes of family values, generational conflict and love, Parampara is being aired from Saturday to Thursday every night at 9:30 pm on Deepto Television, Deepto Play and Deepto TV’s digital platforms.
