Actress Deepa Khandakar has sparked curiosity among fans with a striking new look. With tired eyes, messy hair, a simple saree and a melancholic expression, she appeared very different from her usual self.
Deepa shared the photo on social media on Sunday, 13 September. The unusual appearance quickly drew attention, with many fans wondering about the story behind the look.
However, the image does not capture a moment from her real life. It is a still from her new mini-series Kormofol, which has already been released.
Deepa is known for giving priority to family-centred dramas throughout her career. She said interest in such stories has grown again among viewers, while many directors have also returned to making family-based dramas.
“I have prioritised family-centred dramas since the beginning of my career. At one point, our dramas moved away from these stories. Now many directors are making family dramas again, and viewers are enjoying them. I hope they will like this drama too,” she said.
Deepa added that viewers would be able to find aspects of themselves in the characters of the drama.
Kormofol also features Dilara Zaman, Irfan Sajjad, AKM Hasan and Monira Mithu, among others.
