BRAC Bank has signed a Distributor Finance Agreement with Coca-Cola (CCI) Bangladesh to strengthen its distribution ecosystem, improve access to working capital and support sustainable business growth across the country, said in a press release.

The partnership, formalised at a signing ceremony held at BRAC Bank’s head office in Dhaka on 10 June 2026, will provide tailored financing solutions to CCI Bangladesh’s distributor network, enabling timely access to funds for product procurement and improved cash flow management to support business expansion.

Under the agreement, BRAC Bank will extend distributor finance facilities aimed at streamlining supply chain financing, improving operational efficiency and enhancing financial flexibility for distributors to respond more effectively to market demand.

The agreement was signed by Syed Abdul Momen, Additional Managing Director and Head of SME Banking at BRAC Bank, and Shadab Ahmed Khan, Managing Director of CCI Bangladesh.

BRAC Bank said the initiative is designed to ensure seamless access to liquidity, helping distributors strengthen their operations and contribute to a more resilient distribution network.

Syed Abdul Momen said strong business ecosystems are essential for sustainable growth, adding that the partnership will enable distributors to scale with confidence and contribute to the wider economy.

Shadab Ahmed Khan said distributors play a key role in delivering products to consumers, adding that the collaboration with BRAC Bank will enhance their financial agility and support sustainable growth.

Senior officials from both organisations attended the ceremony, including Md Shaheen Iqbal, Additional Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking; AKM Faisal Halim, Head of Transaction Banking; Alomgir Hossain, Head of Cottage, Micro and Small Business (Unit 1); Mahbubur Rahman, Head of Cottage, Micro and Small Business (Unit 2); and Musabbir Ahmed, Head of Cash Management from BRAC Bank.

From Coca-Cola İçecek Bangladesh, attendees included Ahmet Zahit Erdem, Finance Integration Leader; Gokhan Buyruk, Head of Sales; M Abdul Hannan, Head of Legal; Jahid Hoque, Sales Manager; AH Bayezid Hasan, Business Planning and Treasury Lead; and Kishor Kumar Das, Finance Specialist, along with other senior officials.
