BCB’s governing council and marketing department have planned a bold entrance. At 4.30pm, U-19 World Cup-winning captain Akbar Ali and former Bangladesh women’s captain Salma Khatun will land inside the stadium carrying the trophy. It is a nod to past success and present ambition.
