Automobile maintenance startup ‘Zantrik’ has introduced a groundbreaking service aimed at alleviating the concerns of vehicle owners regarding repair costs.
Under the “Zantrik Certified Car” service, customers will receive a detailed health check of 25 important parts of their car, and in the case of any mechanical faults, they will receive up to 90% coverage on repair costs.
Additionally, every customer opting for the “Zantrik Certified Car” service will receive a GPS tracking device from Bondstein, a BTRC-approved GPS solution provider.
This device will not only ensure vehicle security but also eliminate concerns regarding theft.
Using the GPS data, customers will also receive ‘Intelligent Maintenance Notifications,’ which will alert them about necessary maintenance based on usage.
Zantrik’s founder, Shuvo Al Faruk, said, “One of the main reasons for high vehicle maintenance costs in Bangladesh is the inability to identify issues in time and, in many cases, the increased cost due to unskilled technicians. Our ‘Zantrik Certified Car’ service solves both of these problems. As a result, maintenance becomes easier, and sellers will get better prices when selling their vehicles, while buyers can purchase with confidence.”
CEO of Bondstein, Mir Shahrookh, said, “Reliable and quick service is a key demand of today’s customers. Our joint venture with Zantrik aims to reduce vehicle owners’ concerns. The combination of maintenance and GPS tracking will provide customers with a true digital lifestyle experience.”
