Partial results from several centres in Natore indicate competitive contests across the district’s four constituencies.
In Natore-1, BNP candidate Farzana Sharmin Putul has secured 52,379 votes from 63 centres, defeating Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Abul Kalam Azad, who obtained 46,310 votes.
In Natore-2, BNP candidate Ruhul Quddus Talukdar Dulu is ahead with 41,653 votes from 45 centres, followed by Jamaat candidate Yunus Ali with 38,147.
In Natore-3, the BNP candidate has received 40,136 votes from 44 centres, while the Horse symbol candidate secured 25,321.
In Natore-4, BNP is leading with 67,284 votes from 58 centres, while Jamaat has obtained 45,051.
