Renowned musicians Bappa Mazumder and Shomnur Monir Konal will headline this year’s ‘Utsho Sandhya’, a charity concert aimed at supporting disadvantaged children across Bangladesh.
The event, organised by Utsho, a non-profit dedicated to the welfare of underprivileged children, seeks to raise funds for education, shelter and holistic development. Currently, the organisation supports over 500 children, and all proceeds from the concert will go directly to these young beneficiaries.
This year’s edition will take place on November 21, at the Shaheed Abu Sayeed International Convention Centre in Dhaka. Tickets, priced between Tk700 and Tk4,000 depending on the seating category, are available via Tickify.
Singer Konal encouraged her fans to attend, sharing on Facebook: “Join us to support an underprivileged child and help build a brighter future, all while enjoying the music you love. Let’s shape tomorrow to the rhythm of generosity.”
The organisers have scheduled the concert to run from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, promising an evening where music meets meaningful action, giving the city a chance to come together for a cause that truly matters.
