Banglalink has introduced Bangladesh’s first AI-powered Complaint Management System, a significant move in the company’s drive to enhance service through artificial intelligence, the company said in a press statement.
The innovative system automatically detects customer issues and guides complaint registration with minimal human intervention by analyzing handset, SIM, and network status, generating a self-diagnosis report for customers.
If the issue persists, the system prompts customers to raise a formal complaint, which is transferred to a live agent for resolution, ensuring faster service.
The system will soon expand into additional categories to enhance customer support further, setting a new benchmark for service delivery.
Banglalink’s Customer Experience team designed the system to provide customers with clear, transparent, and real-time assistance, ensuring faster resolutions and a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
Banglalink Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Officer Taimur Rahman said, “At Banglalink, we aim to simplify customer journeys, and the AI-powered Complaint Management System reflects that vision.
“It diagnoses issues in real time, creating complaints efficiently for faster and more accurate service.”
“The initiative embodies our core value of Customer Obsession, and we will continue expanding AI applications to improve both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency,” he added.
