A five-day training program titled “Certification Course on Treasury Dealings”, organized by the Bangladesh Foreign Exchange Dealers’ Association (BAFEDA), commenced on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the Islami Bank Training and Research Academy (IBTRA), according to a press release.
The workshop was inaugurated by Managing Director of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC and Treasurer of BAFEDA Md Omar Faruk Khan as the chief guest.
Executive Secretary of BAFEDA Md Abul Hashem and Director General of IBTRA Md Mahboob Alam were present at the opening ceremony, along with other distinguished guests.
The workshop is being attended by 50 executives and officials from various levels of 30 banks across the country.
