Residents of Mirpur and surrounding areas will have access to family medicine, specialist consultations, laboratory tests, imaging, medical procedures, nursing services and preventive health checkups under one roof, following the recent opening of a new Praava Health branch.
The branch is located at Plot 7, Main Road 3, Section 7, Pallabi, Mirpur 11, Dhaka 1216, and is open daily from 8am to 10pm. Appointments can be booked through the Praava Health app or by calling 10648. This is the first of several new branches the organisation plans to open across Dhaka, said a press release on Thursday.
Praava Health CEO Mohammad Abdul Matin Emon said, “Families in Mirpur can now see a family doctor, complete their tests and imaging, and consult a variety of specialists in one place, close to home. Every patient at this branch will receive the same standard of care our patients in Banani have come to expect.”
The organisation has served more than 1 million patients since 2018 through its flagship facility in Banani. Its medical laboratory holds ISO 15189 accreditation through the Bangladesh Accreditation Board (BAB).
