Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) held a strategic conclave for its Sylhet region at a hotel in Sylhet on 31 October 2026 to formulate business strategies for its branches and strengthen customer service, said a press release on Sunday.
Md. Ahteshamul Haque Khan, Managing Director and CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank, attended as the chief guest. In his speech, he said DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the “trusted partner” and best financial solution partner for its customers, highlighting a “client caring mentality” as a key priority to ensure service excellence.
Branch managers of the Sylhet region presented their respective strategies and assured management of achieving their business targets through customer service. The senior management team also shared their observations and provided guidance on improving service and meeting targets.
