Popular 1990s film actor Amin Khan and his wife Snigdha Khan have completed 28 years of married life.
Amin Khan married Snigdha, who is from Tangail, on 15 March 1998. Since then, they have remained together through happiness and hardship.
Amin Khan made his film debut with Obujh Duti Mon. Starring opposite Rathi, he caught the audience’s attention with the film.
He later appeared in numerous films and became one of the most popular actors of the 1990s.
Speaking about their 28 years of marriage, Snigdha Khan said, “When I married Amin, I did not really watch Bangla films. But I knew who Amin was. After becoming part of his life, I came to know many people from the film industry.”
“Everyone loves Amin so much, and that makes me proud. As a wife, I am truly very proud of my husband,” she said.
She added, “Amin is genuinely a person with a beautiful heart. I love him with all my heart. I pray that Allah keeps him healthy and well. I ask everyone to pray for him.”
Speaking about his wife, Amin Khan said, “Snigdha completes my life. She has organised my life and continues to keep it organised every day. I am endlessly grateful to Allah for giving me a kind-hearted person as my life partner.”
“I also hope that we can spend the rest of our lives together through happiness and hardship,” he added.
The couple have two sons. Their elder son, Farhan, will sit for his A-level examinations next year.
Their younger son, Ishan, is a Class Five student.
Apart from acting, Amin Khan is also involved in business.
He has joined the upcoming film Gulshaner Chameli, which is expected to begin production soon.
