Karmasangsthan Bank holds business review meeting in Khulna

As part of Karmasangsthan Bank’s 90-day special programme, the Business Review Meeting 2026 for the Khulna division was held on 5 April, at the CSS Ava Centre in Rupsa, Khulna. The meeting brought together branch managers and second officials from 28 branches across the Khulna and Jessore regions.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karmasangsthan Bank AFM Matiur Rahman attended the event as the chief guest. Managing Director Arun Kumar Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director Meher Sultana, and General Manager Md Amirul Islam were present as special guests.

The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager of Khulna Division Office Saleh Md Sirajul Salekin, with the presence of Deputy General Managers from the head office, Md Nazrul Islam Khan and Md Momtaz Uddin.

In his address, the chief guest emphasised the importance of maintaining high quality in loan distribution and creating capable entrepreneurs.

He highlighted the potential of the Khulna region and called for collective efforts and responsibility to position the division as a top performer.

He also expressed confidence that meeting business indicators fully will ensure successful completion of the 90-day special programme.

Arun Kumar Chowdhury underscored the need to increase loan recovery rates, strengthen efforts to collect classified, defaulted, and written-off loans, and boost the settlement rate of legal loans.

 

He urged all Karmasangsthan Bank officials to work together with professionalism and accountability to achieve the set targets.
