Karnaphuli Insurance PLC has won the “Best Reinsurance” award at the ICC 6th Emerging Asia Insurance Awards 2025.
The award was received by Karnaphuli Insurance CEO A N M Fazlul Karim Munshi at a ceremony held at Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand on 6 February.
The awards recognised insurers across emerging Asian markets for performance and innovation in the sector.
A total of 13 categories were awarded among companies from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Myanmar at the event.
The Bangladesh Insurance Association participated in the programme as an associate partner.
