Managing Director Mohammad Rayhan said the outlets have been comprehensively equipped to meet rising customer demand during the festive period. “To ensure uninterrupted supply during this festive shopping season, more than 700 Walton Plaza outlets nationwide have been fully equipped with air conditioners, refrigerators, rechargeable fans, televisions, washing machines, kitchen appliances, smartphones, laptops, home and electrical appliances, and other digital devices,” he said.
Rayhan added that customers purchasing from any Walton Plaza outlet across the country would benefit from attractive promotional offers alongside nationwide after-sales service. “We are committed to providing the best products, competitive prices, and reliable services to ensure a satisfying shopping experience for our customers this Eid,” he said.
In addition to cash purchases, Walton Plaza is offering easy instalment facilities and EMI options through various bank credit cards. The company said it has introduced a range of customer-friendly measures for those availing instalment services, including a special Protection Card that grants holders discounts and privileges at hospitals, diagnostic centres, restaurants and other institutions across the country.
Under Walton Plaza’s instalment customer protection policy, financial assistance of up to Tk300,000 is provided in the event of the death of a customer or any of their family members.
The company has also introduced its own telemedicine service to provide primary healthcare support to customers, with specialist doctors engaged for the purpose. The service is managed with the support of more than 700 Happiness and Health Care Officers deployed across Walton Plaza’s outlets nationwide. Free medical camps and social welfare activities are additionally conducted throughout the year under initiatives led by individual outlets across the country.
