Smartphone brand Vivo has announced a special customer service initiative across Bangladesh, offering three days of exclusive benefits at all authorized service centers from June 24 to 26.
The “Service Day” campaign underscores Vivo’s commitment to post-purchase support, providing professional maintenance services to ensure optimal device performance.
Customers visiting any of Vivo’s 30 service centers nationwide will receive free labor charges on all repairs, a 10% discount on genuine accessories including chargers, earphones and cables, complimentary services like device sanitization, software upgrades and screen protector installation, priority gaming optimization for mobile gamers through specialized diagnostics and express repairs with one-hour turnaround for eligible issues.
“No appointments are necessary – customers can walk in to any service center for immediate assistance,” stated a Vivo Bangladesh in a statement, “This initiative reflects our philosophy that customer care shouldn’t end at the point of sale.”
The campaign comes as Vivo strengthens its after-sales network in Bangladesh, where it holds approximately 18% market share in the smartphone segment according to recent industry reports. The company has invested significantly in service infrastructure, including the establishment of three regional repair hubs in Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet this year.
Vivo has trained over 200 technicians across its service centers in Bangladesh, with all facilities equipped with original parts and manufacturer-approved tools. The brand recently extended its standard warranty period to 15 months for select models.
The Chinese smartphone maker entered the Bangladeshi market in 2018 and currently operates 52 brand stores alongside its service network. Vivo ranked among the top five smartphone brands in Bangladesh in 2024 with its Y-series and V-series devices.
