Urban Design and Development Ltd, a leading real estate developer in Bangladesh, has formally inaugurated its new residential project, Urban Modhura Regency, in Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
The project is located at Plot No 699 (old)/3 (new), Road No 30 (old)/13 (new).
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the company’s senior management, engineers, the landowner and clients. It began with a dua mahfil, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the commencement of construction, said a press release on Monday.
Developed on 20 katha of land, Urban Modhura Regency will be a 14-storey residential building, comprising 36 apartments ranging in size from 2,555 to 3,072 square feet.
At the ceremony, Urban reaffirmed its commitment to developing the project in accordance with the principles of quality, transparency and accuracy.
The company said its lifetime customer support, which extends well beyond the handover of apartments, remained one of its key distinguishing features in the real estate sector.
