Three members of the Jatiya Sangsad have been nominated as members of the Syndicate of Bangladesh Medical University (BMU), the university’s highest policy-making body.
They are Dewan Mohammad Salahuddin (Dhaka-19), Md Mahbubur Rahman (Mymensingh-7) and Fahima Nasrin (reserved seat).
According to a press release issued by the Bangladesh Jatiya Sangsad Secretariat on Sunday, Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Major (retd) Hafiz Uddin Ahmed, Bir Bikram, nominated the three members of the 13th Parliament to the syndicate.
