According to Indian media reports, Leone arrived wearing a silver crystal dress paired with a pink mini overskirt, which she removed as she approached the stage. Hidden beneath was a skirt lined with rows of condom packets, transforming the ensemble into an unexpected advocacy statement.
The actor chose December 1, World AIDS Day, to merge fashion with social messaging. Her outfit aimed to promote awareness around HIV prevention and highlight the importance of condom use. Leone’s intention, she said, was to remind people that safety should not be overlooked amid the glamour and excitement of modern life.
Leone was last seen in ‘Badass Ravi Kumar’, released earlier this year and directed by Keith Gomes.
