The popular Tollywood actress is set to reunite professionally with former partner Dev in Debshu 7 after years apart.
Ahead of the much-anticipated reunion, Subhashree Ganguly has showered praise on Dev’s directorial debut, saying his work behind the camera cannot be summed up in a single sentence. The actress said the experience deserves “an entire interview”, offering high praise for Dev’s new role as a filmmaker.
The reunion has already sparked widespread discussion on social media, with fans expressing excitement over seeing the former star couple share the screen again. Debshu 7 is also expected to be one of Dev’s biggest projects with Subhashree.
Dev and Subhashree were once among Tollywood’s most successful on-screen and off-screen couples. Together, they delivered several blockbuster films, including Challenge, Poran Jaye Joliya Re and Khokababu.
However, they maintained their distance for years after their personal relationship ended. Subhashree is now set to reunite with Dev professionally and is expected to begin shooting for Debshu 7 soon.
The actress will also appear as a guest on Dev’s television reality show Dadagiri, which returns on Sunday.
Speaking about working under Dev’s direction, Subhashree said the experience could not be expressed in just one line.
“I don’t want to describe it in one line. Dev deserves an entire interview. Saying just one line would not be enough,” she said.
Subhashree added that she has thoroughly enjoyed working with Dev in his new role as a director. She also praised his talent as a fellow artist.
