SBAC Bank PLC held its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the RAOWA Convention Centre in Dhaka on August 19, conducted through a hybrid system.
The AGM, chaired by SBAC Bank Chairman Engr Md Moklesur Rahman, saw shareholders approve the audited financial statements for the year ending 2024, the election of directors, and seven other general agenda items, says a press release.
Among those present physically were SBAC Bank Independent Director and Board Audit Committee Chairman Professor Md Maksudur Rahman Sarker, Fellow of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (FCMA), Director Mushfiqur Rahman, Independent Director Professor Mohammad Moqbul Hossain Bhuiyan, SBAC Bank Shariah Supervisory Committee Chairman Maulana Md. Abdur Razzak, and Managing Director & CEO (Current Charge) Md Rabiul Islam.
Additionally, SBAC Bank Deputy Managing Directors Md. Altaf Hossain Bhuyan and Md Nazimuddoula, along with the Divisional Heads and Senior Executives of the Bank, attended the meeting.
The programme was moderated by SBAC Bank Company Secretary and Executive Vice President Md Mokaddess Ali, FCS.
