Runner Trade Park Limited, a concern of Runner Group with a strong footprint in Bangladesh’s automobile and mobility sector, has been appointed as the sole authorised distributor of tyre brands of TVS Srichakra Limited in the local market.
TVS Srichakra Limited (TSL), a globally recognised tyre manufacturer and part of India’s TVS Group, produces a wide range of two-wheeler, three-wheeler and off-highway tyres that are marketed internationally under the Eurogrip brand.
Under the agreement, Eurogrip tyres manufactured by TSL will be supplied in Bangladesh and delivered directly to customers through Runner Trade Park.
The distribution agreement was signed recently at the Runner Group headquarters, the companies said in a press statement.
On behalf of the respective companies, Runner Trade Park Managing Director Rudaba Tazin and TSL Country Manager Bangladesh Sahadat Hasan Shimul signed the agreement.
Both companies said the partnership would support business expansion, help develop the local tyre market and improve access to internationally standard tyres for Bangladeshi customers through coordinated efforts.
They also said the collaboration would open avenues for broader business expansion in the future.
Industry insiders expect the partnership to mark a notable milestone for Bangladesh’s automobile and tyre sector.
