Pubali Bank PLC has honoured 42 officials for their performance in bancassurance business in 2025 at a conference organised by Delta Life Insurance Company in Sreemangal.
Nine officials received the “Best Performer of the Year” recognition, while 33 were awarded certificates of appreciation at the “Bancassurance Conference-2025” held at Grand Sultan Tea Resort and Golf, said a press release on Tuesday.
Pubali Bank Managing Director Mohammad Ali attended the conference as chief guest, which was presided over by Delta Life Insurance Chief Executive Officer Uttam Kumar Sadhu. Senior officials from both organisations were also present.
Ali said the expansion of bancassurance alongside conventional banking services has created opportunities to provide customers with a broader range of financial solutions.
The conference featured discussions on bancassurance performance, achievements, future strategies and action plans. Speakers said such initiatives would help strengthen cooperation between the banking and insurance sectors and make life insurance services more accessible to customers.
